Get ready to unleash your creativity at our Fused Glass Workshop, where you’ll learn the basics of cutting glass and then apply those skills to create a beautiful suncatcher or garden hanger.
In this slightly extended workshop, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of glass cutting, a key skill that will help you bring your designs to life. After mastering the cutting techniques, you’ll use your new skills to decorate a suncatcher or garden hanger. You’ll have a wide range of glass elements to choose from, giving you the freedom to create a piece that reflects your personal style.
Once your piece is crafted, it will be fused in the kiln, transforming it into a stunning, one-of-a-kind decoration that you can hang in your garden or home. No previous glass experience is required, and full support will be provided throughout the session, ensuring you have the confidence to create something special.
The workshop will run for approximately two hours at Tollgate Hall, which offers free parking and is fully accessible for all participants.
